Terms and Conditions
All guest rooms are non smoking and pet free. If this policy is violated a fee of $350 will be charged to the card on file.
Must be 21 years of age to check in with valid identification
Damaged Hotel property is the responsibility of the guest who the room is reserved to. Any damages will be charged to the card on file.
Multiple night reservations that check out before the original departure date is subject to a $50 early departure fee. If the change is not made 48 hours in advance.
F&B vouchers received upon check in are to be treated as cash, and replacements will not be issued. These vouchers may be used for breakfast, brunch, or dinner service and in the lounge.
Hotel Diamond is not liable for vehicle damage, theft of vehicles or personal property while parked in the parking structure.
Please do not leave valuable items in your vehicle.
Property and Cancellation Policies
Reservations must be canceled at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled check-in time (3:00 PM) on the day of arrival to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before check-in will result in a charge equal to one night’s room rate plus tax.
