Unfiltered wheat, US grown barley, medium grain sushi rice and soft white winter wheat grown on the family farm. A slight citrus flavor and floral aroma and flavor. 

Pale Ale Sierra Nevada ABV: 5.6  / IBU: 38

Nice up-front hops, balanced wonderfully with a soft malt character. Citrus rind dominated hops flavors with some floral notes. 

Hazy Lil Thing IPA  Sierra Nevada ABV: 6.7  / IBU: 35

Brewed with Two-row Pale, Munich, Oats, and Wheat, and hopped with Citra, Magnum, Simcoe, Comet, Mosaic, and El Dorado hops. Fermented with ale yeast.
